Our Coldwater Prawns (Pandalus Borealis) are fished from sustainable sources (see picture) in the North Atlantic, ranging from Canada to Norway. The U.K. has for many years represented the biggest market for these sweet, succulent and delicately textured prawns, that are used to make the classic 'Prawn Cocktail'. They derive their unique characteristics because of their slow growth in the very cold, but fertile North Atlantic waters they thrive in.
